Med Ball

Best results in getting Pec muscles without bench pressing?
I’m 16 years old and I’m getting to that age where I want decent muscle grow. I have no where to bench press at home unless I join the Baseball team again for my school. I’m looking for a great way to gain Pec muscles besides just push-ups. My developing 6-pack just doesn’t look right with a flat chest and I guess you can say I feel a little embarrassed about it.
I’ve seen the med-ball exercise and I could probably do that but wanted to check for another method. There is also the one exercise where I put my legs on for example a couch and do push ups.
I’d like to know some suggestions. I don’t mind about how long the exercise takes, just as long as I see results sooner or later.
if you really want to grow you need to find a gym. not going to get the results you are probably looking for working out at home.
